Will insurance pay for telehealth?

Most insurance companies cover telehealth with the same benefits as an in-person office visit. Check with your insurance to verify if your plan covers telehealth.

Is Telehealth Safe?

Yes, all telehealth sessions are safe, secure, encrypted, and follow the same privacy (i.e., HIPAA) guidelines as traditional, in-person medical appointments. Your telemedicine appointments are always kept confidential.

How does it work?

On the day of your appointment:

1) You will receive a text approximately 1 hour prior to your appointment. Click the link to be directed to the virtual waiting room.
(You will need to open the link with Safari. If you use Google Chrome, copy the link and paste it in Safari.)

2) You will then be directed to pay your copay or patient responsibility. Once you are in the virtual waiting room, please complete the consent form, answer the questionaires if any, and enter your vital signs.

3) Please do not leave the virtual waiting room. If you leave, you will need to repeat the check in process. This may delay your visit.

4) The provider may be running late but will be with you as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
